Redesigned single-family residence

Roof deck addition to existing residence with sweeping views over the Marina & Cow Hollow districts of San Francisco out towards the the Golden Gate Bridge and beyond. Wood, steel and glass are used to create a cozy outdoor space for private lounging and hosting guests, including a custom awning, flexible seating and a modern built-in kitchenette. A sleek spiral stair connects the roof deck to the living quarters below.
