Historic block in San Francisco gets a test-fit proposal

The proposed design for this large 101,900-square-foot site created six newly constructed buildings containing 600 residential units over ground-level retail. The corner high-rise tower and five mid-rise buildings surrounding a central open space corridor formed an all-in-one development with a campus-like atmosphere that is suitable for a dense urban environment.
