A new transit-oriented development near the Hillsdale Caltrain Station

In support of San Mateo’s efforts to concentrate development along major transit corridors, the proposed Hillsdale Terraces project offers 74 residential units over almost 16,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. To add interest to this block-long development on El Camino Real, the frontage has been designed with facades of varying materials and articulation.
