A shopping center in South Lake Tahoe is re-imagineD

Cecil’s Fountain Plaza, designed by Costa Brown, was a success from the beginning.  A dynamic example of a multilevel retail center, based on a 4.5-foot modular component for both its storefront and interior partitions.  The design permits tenants to add space at varying rates of 280 to 296 SF per module, providing maximum flexibility for expansion or contraction.
