Historic 1923 Warehouse remodel

Helped client change the use of this historic warehouse. Turned this underutilized warehouse into a clean slate for potential office tenants looking for a contemporary office space with historic flair. Added a new accessible elevator, along with 2 new stair cores. Opened the space up with a new mezzanine along the exterior wall, and added new restrooms.
